Part‑Time Caregiver – Day & Night Shifts (Millersburg, Ohio)

Location: Millersburg, Ohio
Base Rate: $16.00/hr
Weekend Rate: $22.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $100 after 60 days (no call-offs + 20 completed shifts)

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers for part‑time day and night shifts in Millersburg, Ohio. This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact. Caregivers will provide ADL assistance, memory care, and safe transferring techniques including Hoyer Lift and Gait Belt use.

Key Responsibilities
Medication reminders

Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)

Memory care support

Safe transfers using gait belt and Hoyer lift

Personal hygiene and incontinence care

Meal preparation and hydration support

Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment

Companionship and emotional support

Accurate documentation and communication with care teams

Additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility)

Experience with memory care, ADLs, Hoyer Lift, and Gait Belt

Ability to work part‑time day or night shifts

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Dependability and professionalism

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check
