Part‑Time Caregiver – Day & Night Shifts (Millersburg, Ohio)

Location: Millersburg, Ohio
Base Rate: $16.00/hr
Weekend Rate: $22.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $100 after 60 days (no call-offs + 20 completed shifts)
Additional Bonus Opportunities: Attendance & shift‑completion incentives available
Medication reminders Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility) Memory care support Safe transfers using gait belt and Hoyer lift Personal hygiene and incontinence care Meal preparation and hydration support Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment Companionship and emotional support Accurate documentation and communication with care teams Additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility) Experience with memory care, ADLs, Hoyer Lift, and Gait Belt Ability to work part‑time day or night shifts Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependability and professionalism Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Desired Attributes
