Summary Sell shoes and build lasting customer relationships both in-store and digitally, using text and social media to meet individual and department sales goals. Provide honest styling and fit advice, maintain product knowledge, and work with the team to keep the department customer-ready. The role requires flexibility in schedule and may include occasional duties in other departments. Responsibilities Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media Build and grow customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts Provide styling, fit guidance, and honest product recommendations Develop product and fashion knowledge to support selling Fill orders, restock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready department Occasionally perform work in departments other than the one hired into as business needs require Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on sales Comfortable using networking and technology to reach customers Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule based on business needs Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and use of hands Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
