About The Role Fanatics is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to partner with our D2C Engineering, Product, and Business teams to drive complex, cross‑functional technical initiatives across our direct‑to‑consumer platforms. This role will lead large‑scale programs that span multiple engineering teams, translate strategy into execution, and improve how we deliver high‑impact digital experiences to fans. What You'll Do Lead complex, cross‑functional technical programs across D2C engineering, product, and design. Translate business and product strategy into scalable execution plans with clear milestones and measurable outcomes. Manage cross‑team dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery. Establish program governance, reporting, and execution best practices. Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to drive alignment and decision‑making. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related technical delivery roles. Experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional software initiatives in eCommerce or D2C environments. Strong technical fluency (e.g., distributed systems, APIs, cloud platforms). Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. Proven track record of managing complex dependencies across engineering teams. Operate effectively in an AI‑forward environment, leveraging modern AI tools and technologies as a core part of daily workflows and decision‑making. Compensation Los Angeles Salary Range: $162,720 – $203,400 USD New York City Salary Range: $162,720 – $203,400 USD USA Remote Salary Range: $155,520 – $194,000 USD The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation.
