About SW Corp SW Corp is a leading organization dedicated to manufacturing luxurious bathroom and kitchen fixtures. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Miami, Florida. Role Overview As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives to support our workforce and drive organizational success. Responsibilities Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with SW Corp’s mission. Oversee the full employee lifecycle. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Manage HR policies, processes, and the Employee Handbook. Provide guidance to managers and employees, including U.S. immigration visa experience as a plus. Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. Lead training and development initiatives. Analyze HR data for informed decision‑making. Promote diversity and inclusion. Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver HR projects and organizational initiatives. Qualifications Experienced and dynamic HR Manager.
