DESCRIPTION

The Navigator (or Front of House/Cashier) has multiple important responsibilities at a Wingstop franchise, one very important responsibility includes wowing our guests. The Navigator spends more time than any other position interacting with guests, including:

Greeting guests when they arrive
Answering the phone
Taking accurate orders
Delivering complete orders

The Back of House team member has several different responsibilities, including:

Providing delicious "craveable" food that is "done right, on time"
Ensuring that safe food handling measures are always in place
Behaving professionally while serving amazing food

What began as a small buffalo-style chicken wing restaurant in Garland, Texas, continues to soar to great heights. Today there are more than 1,000 restaurants open across the United States, Mexico, Singapore, the Philippines, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates.
