The City of Meridian is seeking a Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst to support compensation, classification, and total rewards programs. You will perform advanced analytics to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and legal compliance, serving as a technical resource to the HR Director. You will also assist with employee benefits analytics.
