Responsibilities include: Leading day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts Supporting both Front of House and Back of House teams Coaching and developing team members in real time Maintaining Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety Helping manage shift execution, labor, and operational efficiency Addressing challenges and resolving issues with professionalism and urgency Creating a positive and productive team environment Supporting leadership with training, accountability, and team development Leading by example through attitude, work ethic, and servant leadership Position Details Full-Time Flexible Scheduling Day, Evening, and Saturday Availability Required Store Hours: Monday-Thursday: 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM Friday-Saturday: 6:30 AM - 9:00 PM (Drive-Thru Open Until 10:00 PM) Closed Sundays Qualifications 3-5 years of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or leadership experience preferred Proven ability to lead teams and achieve performance goals Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, Saturdays, and holidays Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others Strong organizational and decision-making skills Alignment with Chick-fil-A's values and culture Before You Apply This position is for someone who wants to make an impact through leadership.
