Account Executive, Home Healthcare Sale
Full Time | Opportunities supporting the Greater Jacksonville, FL area and Southside of Jacksonville

Trilogy Home Healthcare , a Humana company, is hiring an energetic and charismatic Account Executive/Home Health Coordinator to join our award-winning team. We've been named Best of Florida for Home Care services, and we pride ourselves on being a fun, supportive, and team-driven organization where your voice matters!

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
Represent Trilogy at networking events and community functions
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth patient admissions
Support census growth by executing effective marketing strategies

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma, some college preferred.
1+ years marketing and sales experience, with the ability to develop sales strategies and achieving sales goals.
Excellent communication, ability to build relationships, problem solver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel within the community and to special events.
