Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the physical therapy team, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Current state license in Montana, CPR certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Manager or Supervisor, with inpatient and outpatient care experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple teams, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
