Production Worker - Weekly Pay

Production Associate

The general production worker operates manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while following standard operating procedures to support electrode and cell assembly production. This role maintains high quality standards, accurately records production data, and helps keep the work area clean and orderly. Depending on the department, the position may involve working in a cleanroom environment, wearing full PPE or respirators, lifting heavy materials, and using stairs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to SOPs.
• Follow all safety rules and wear proper PPE at all times.
• Inspect raw materials and products to ensure quality compliance.
• Record production data, equipment readings, and quality checks in designated systems.
• Identify, report, and help troubleshoot basic equipment or process issues.
• Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance to maintain a safe environment.

Essential Skills

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Proficient in reading and following SOPs and written instructions.
• Comfortable wearing a bunny suit and full cleanroom PPE.
• Able to work around chemicals.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or cleanroom environment preferred.

Work Environment

The work schedule includes 12-hour shifts from either 5:00am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-5:00am, with a rotating pattern of Monday-Wednesday and Friday-Sunday. Expect to alternate between working 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. A 16% premium is offered for night shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Queen Creek, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.46/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
