Activities Assistant

Responsibilities:

As an Activities Assistant, you will play a vital role in planning, developing, and implementing activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the planning and implementation of activity programs, including resident assessments and care plans

• Coordinating with the medical profession and other health-related facilities to maintain a productive working relationship

• Performing administrative tasks, such as completing forms and reports, and submitting them to the Activities Director as required

• Involving residents and their families in the planning process when possible

• Assisting with transportation arrangements when necessary

• Maintaining a positive and productive working relationship with other departments, as required

• Other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate by the Activities Director
