What You'll Do

• Lead and manage comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU
• Oversee care of a high-acuity neonatal population, managing approximately 370-400 admissions annually
• Utilize advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation and therapeutic hypothermia
• Collaborate in well-baby rounding and multidisciplinary neonatal services
• Support and participate in academic and clinical initiatives within a regional referral center
• Work alongside a team of Neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric subspecialists
• Participate in rotating call schedule and support continuous patient coverage

What You Need

• Board certification or eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Valid medical license in South Carolina or eligible for licensing
• Strong skills in neonatal clinical care and collaborative teamwork
• Residency within the immediate local area preferred (relocation may be needed)
