Occupational Therapist OT
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care in Hadley, MA. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in helping our patients recover and regain their independence. Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans to meet the unique needs of patients
Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient plans
Implement evidence-based interventions to promote functional mobility, independence, and quality of life
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes patient well-being and satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or related field
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Massachusetts
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient populations
