Faculty, Radiography

About This Role Instruct college students in accordance with educational theories and techniques. Develop discipline‑related curricula, assess student learning, participate in program evaluation, college activities and serve on committees. Maintain college and department standards in support of the College's mission and strategic plan. As a 168‑day, tenure‑track faculty member, you will be on track for a continuing contract. Faculty teach 45 points, maintain office hours, and college business hours that may include, but are not limited to, serving on committees and work teams, meetings, and special projects. Teaching assignment hours vary. Qualifications Master’s degree in Radiography, Health Science, Science or Education OR Master’s degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Radiography, Health Science, Science or Education OR Bachelor’s degree in Radiography with demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline OR Associate degree in Radiography with demonstrated competencies in the teaching discipline Current State of Florida licensure in Radiography and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and on multiple campuses if needed Occupational experience recognized, and teaching experience required Ability to demonstrate the use of technology in the classroom and use the technology required for the assigned course Demonstrated cultural competency to engage and work with a diverse student and employee population Applications without attached copies of official transcripts or non‑web based unofficial transcripts will not be considered. Transcripts produced through web‑based student systems will not be accepted. Minimum base pay starts at $50,000.00 annually; offer may vary based on education and experience.
