• Provide inpatient nursing care to orthopedic or neuro patients on our unit.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital policies.
• Document care and patient responses accurately in the EMR system.
