Server – Front of House Responsibilities Take orders using handheld technology. Serve food and drinks in a timely and accurate manner. Deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests. Maintain high standards of customer service. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Strong customer service skills. Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $2.13 per hour + tips (hourly pay not less than applicable minimum wage). Flexible work schedules. 50% discount on Red Robin food; 25% discount for family members.
