Senior Technical Engagements & Knowledge Management Lead

Position Overview Vantor is forging the new frontier of spatial intelligence, helping decision makers and operators navigate what’s happening now and shape what’s coming next. Eligibility & Security To be eligible for this position, you must be a U.S. Citizen. This position requires an active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the TS/SCI level with CI Poly. Employment for cleared roles is contingent upon verification of clearance status. Export Control/ITAR: Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export control laws, requiring U.S. person status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). Responsibilities Oversee strategy knowledge management, content coordination, FVEY engagement coordination and executive support to the Customer Co‑Lead for a JHTS program. Work with other PMOs to ensure coordinated event schedules and avoid conflicts. Facilitate senior‑level engagements and collaboration across DoW, IC and FVEY partners. Develop and maintain the program’s FVEY space posting the latest information and materials. Develop and maintain documents for all partners and coordinate with graphics teams. Compile the program FVEY Project Catalogue and update it annually. Coordinate reporting with PMOs representing other JHTS programs, ensuring language is releasable and meets foreign disclosure processes. Produce a Year‑End report with the PMOs and draft the annual FVEY Overview Brief. Coordinate and host two events annually; organize periodic FVEY meetings as requested by program Co‑Leads. Represent the Customer JHTS Co‑Lead in briefings and meetings, support off‑site exchanges and quarterly program reviews. Manage travel arrangements for the Customer Co‑Lead, including local, national and international travel and related approvals. Manage the Customer Co‑Lead calendar and coordinate all travel and visitor requests. Qualifications Experience collaborating across IC and DoW on cross‑agency initiatives. Develops and enhances collaborative, positive partnerships with IC/DoW leadership. Strong attention to detail and ability to independently anticipate, set, and meet priorities. Proactively ensures continuous transfer of knowledge and skills across the IC. Experience in administration and maintenance of Confluence pages. Preferred Qualifications Experience with the Defense Travel System and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent writing and editing skills. Experience working with the U.S. Commands. Pay Transparency Starting pay for this role will fall within the listed range: $118,000.00 - $157,000.00 - $172,700.00 annually for Washington, DC metropolitan area.
