Job Description Clinical Research | Performance-Based | Bonus Eligible As a Clinical Enrollment Specialist, you are responsible for driving enrollment (people) into cosmetic and personal care clinical studies by identifying, engaging, and converting qualified participants. This is a high-activity, target-driven role that blends outreach, persuasion, and problem-solving at the leading edge of innovation in the cosmetics space. You will operate with a sales mindset: proactively contacting leads, overcoming objections, and matching the right participants to the right studies. Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently deliver qualified participants into studies on time, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.
