The Villages, Inc. in Middleton, ID is seeking a full-time on-site Accountant to manage the general ledger, ensure GAAP compliance, and prepare monthly financial statements for reporting at corporate and property-management levels. You will work with property managers on tenant ledgers, perform bank reconciliations, budgeting, and lease analysis.
