Details for Fabricator / Welder Position:

• $26-38 / Hour (including $3 shift differential for weekend shift)
• Friday-Sunday | 5:30am-5pm
• Occasional Overtime on Thursdays and Mondays
• Full-Time | Direct-Hire
• Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for Fabricator / Welder Position:

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on heavy-duty steel
• Read blueprints and welding symbols to fabricate components to spec
• Inspect and repair welds to ensure structural strength and quality
• Operate grinders, saws, and cutting torches for fabrication
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and meet production goals
• Follow all policies and procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Fabricator / Welder Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5+ years of professional welding experience (MIG, TIG, and Stick)
• Skilled in welding multiple positions and working with structural steel
• Experience in modular construction, defense, or high-spec manufacturing
• Able to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and proper PPE use
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
