Job Description Unique Properties is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial sales professional to join the MacDougall/DeSantis team. The team focuses on Investment Sales, Owner-User Sales, and leasing within the Denver market; with a focus on Industrial, Retail and Office Properties. The position offers significant earning potential for eager candidates who are ready to get on the phones and are ready to learn the ins and outs of the commercial real estate industry. What is expected of you Research & Databasing: Property Ownership Records Sales & Lease Comparables Business Development: Prospecting new client relationships and referrals for the team Daily Cold Calling In Person Networking LinkedIn Networking Prepare marketing materials for new sale & lease listings Create property brochures and offering memorandums Create proposals to market, opinions of value, and advisory service packages Preparing and presenting marketing proposals for new client prospects Negotiation of exclusive listing agreements, sale contracts and lease agreements for a variety of different asset types. Participate in and help create an aggressive team business development plan to generate long-term relationships with new clients Advising client’s on real estate investment decisions and strategies Help build team business lines for long term success Candidates must have strong skills in the following categories Self-motivated, sales-driven, and able to thrive in a dynamic commission based entrepreneurial business Must be professional with excellent communication and follow-up skills Strong organizational and computer skills Track Record of success: sports, leadership roles, etc. Desire to be part of a growing team Real Estate License – however, not required for the initial interview. #J-18808-Ljbffr Unique Properties, Inc
