Job Description
The Breakfast Line Cook at Westside Pacific Restaurant & Saloon plays a key role in preparing and cooking breakfast items within a small kitchen team. This full-time position involves maintaining kitchen cleanliness and supporting efficient breakfast service under the guidance of a direct manager or supervisor. Occasional extra shifts or overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast menu items to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Coordinate with a small team of 1-3 cooks for efficient service
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in culinary or food preparation roles
