You will: Support individuals in developing vocational and life skills through structured daily programming Assist with job readiness activities and hands-on training in areas such as retail, hospitality, and clerical work Provide support in both center-based and community settings, promoting independence and confidence Help individuals explore their interests and strengths to support personal and employment goals Facilitate group activities that encourage social interaction, communication, and skill development Document daily progress and services to ensure accurate tracking and program success What We Look For We welcome your passion and commitment!
