Driving enterprise-scale technology transformation, the full-time VP Software Engineering will set the engineering vision and operating model for Global Post Trade Engineering, collaborating with product and business leadership to create actionable roadmaps and lead high-performing engineering teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Define and drive the long-term strategy and architecture for post trade functionalities, ensuring scalability and reduced technical debt Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize technology investments and translate business requirements into measurable engineering outcomes Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence across diverse geographies Required qualifications Proven experience in a senior leadership role within software engineering, particularly in financial services Strong background in architecture and product lifecycle management, with a focus on scalability and security Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving technology roadmaps Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and align technology strategies with business objectives Expertise in modern engineering practices and continuous improvement methodologies
