EMPLOYED POSITION ONLY

MSG group practice; Physiatry, Pain Management Ortho AN, AN-pain, Occ Med, Ortho and Neurology, IM and FP Neurosurgeon is Outpatient, 5 days per week, full time. General comprehensive care with an emphasis on Spine. No Pediatric work. Client wants to hire a high energy Neurosurgeon who feels he/she is a team player. They have their own Surgery Center and Hospital privileges at several local hospitals. Must be looking for Employee status. All docs in practice are employed. No doctor owners of the practice. Practice Details They can share in the profits of practice from professional billing. Annualized Base Salary plus bonus on productivity and meeting overhead. Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO. Practice has physicians who have been there 10-12 years. Happy and doing well. No hospital call, on call only for own patients, only take call for this practice. No stroke patients, no hospital call. Really wants someone who wants to see 25 patients per day minimum. Patient Population Treat adults only 18 and up in age. Occasionally 16-17 yr old. Benefits & Expectations All benefits of owner minus being the owner, share in profits of practice from professional billing; Annualized Base Salary plus bonus on productivity.
