Heavy Equipment Operator
Skilled Trades Partners is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a large commercial project in Cumberland, RI. This is a great long-term opportunity for steady work!

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment (excavator, dozer, loaders, backhoes, etc.)
- Perform work on demolition, excavation, dredging, utility installation, and hardscaping projects
- Read and interpret construction plans and grade stakes
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
- Perform daily equipment inspections
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of construction experience (preferred)
- Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- HAZWOPER 40 (REQUIRED)
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to safe work practices
