Intensive Family Case Manager

Children's Institute, Inc. is seeking an Intensive Care Coordinator in Los Angeles. The role involves direct services, case planning, advocacy, outreach, and home visitation as part of a collaborative team. You will conduct regular home visits, assist in crisis intervention, and coordinate with community services to support families.
