The Shift Supervisor plays a key role in the daily operations of the facility, supporting the General Manager in delivering a high-quality guest experience while supervising staff and maintaining a positive work environment. This position is responsible for leading team members during scheduled shifts, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, guiding, and supporting team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations
• Delegating tasks and overseeing project completion
• Identifying and addressing any operational weaknesses or staffing challenges
• Setting the standard for professionalism and teamwork by leading through example
• Supporting staff training and assisting in implementing new or updated policies and procedures
• Serving as the first point of contact for guest concerns and complaints
• Greeting customers, assessing their needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
• Providing accurate information regarding games, merchandise, and facility features
• Demonstrating the use of games or equipment as needed
• Resolving guest issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborating with the General Manager to assess employee performance and contribute to personnel development
• Staying informed of current promotions, sales events, payment policies, and safety procedures
• Remaining vigilant and proactive in identifying security risks and potential theft
• Taking appropriate action when incidents arise, following company guidelines and protocols
• Being fully capable of performing and training others on all Arcade Attendant responsibilities
• Maintaining strong, respectful working relationships with all departments and team members
• Enforcing company policies as outlined in the FEG/CCME Employee Policy and Procedure Handbook
• Supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests
• Performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 6 months experience as a Senior Arcade Attendant or similar
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer service situations calmly and effectively
