About the Role

This role focuses on enhancing operational excellence and maximizing customer satisfaction through quality management. It is pivotal in analyzing repair outcomes and customer feedback to implement data-driven improvements, ensuring high standards in repair services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute processes to track, analyze, and report on internal rework incidents.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify systemic failures and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Lead cross-functional teams to address trends in repair processes.
• Conduct regular audits of the repair workflow to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage and analyze customer satisfaction data related to repair quality.
• Translate feedback into actionable operational improvement projects.
• Develop and monitor key quality metrics such as Redo Rate and Customer Satisfaction Score.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Management or Assurance, preferably in electronics, manufacturing, or high-volume repair.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Experience in cell phone repair (Level 2-3 Technician) is preferred.
• Expertise in RCA and CAPA implementation.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to various stakeholders.
