Pay: $57,000–$68,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday during standard business hours

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a retail banking location. This leadership role is responsible for driving branch performance, coaching and developing team members, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who enjoys engaging with the local community while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of branch employees to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Monitor operational performance, productivity, and key business metrics.
• Maintain compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster growth by developing customer relationships and identifying business development opportunities.
• Represent the organization at local networking and community events.
• Partner with internal departments to support lending, account services, and operational initiatives.
• Manage staffing schedules, reporting, and overall branch efficiency.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in banking or credit union operations.
• Previous leadership experience managing branch staff.
• Strong understanding of retail banking operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience using core banking systems; Symitar/Semitar experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Additional Details:

• Fully onsite position with travel between two branch locations approximately 10 minutes apart.
