Schedule: 3x12 Nights
Requirements: Weekends, holidays, and floating as needed
Clinical Responsibilities
- Primary focus in OB/Newborn care
- Nurses provide continuity of care , managing the newborns they deliver rather than handing off to a separate neonatal team.
- When OB census is low, nurses are expected to float to the Med/Surg unit to maintain staffing coverage and full-time hours.
- Med/Surg floating is required.

Ideal Candidate: OB/Newborn RN comfortable providing newborn care independently, with strong emergency certifications and willingness to float to Med/Surg when patient volumes require it.
