About the Role:
As a Retail and Production Manager for Bakery and lead our team in delivering exceptional baked goods to the Aliquippa community. This exciting role combines creativity, management, and customer service to ensure our bakery thrives in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high-quality product standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost bakery sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create innovative bakery products that delight customers.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports to track sales and expenses.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management or bakery production, preferably 1+ years.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients, with a passion for quality products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions.
• Ability to manage inventory reporting accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Food safety certification is a plus, demonstrating commitment to health standards.
