Job Summary

We are hiring a Pharmacy CSR - Remote for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a growing healthcare customer service team. This work-from-home call center role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers navigate prescription benefits, medication questions, billing, claims, coverage, and pharmacy services.

This position offers paid training, supportive leadership, ongoing coaching, and the opportunity to build a long-term career in healthcare customer service. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where communication, accuracy, empathy, and problem-solving are key to delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers regarding pharmacy benefits and services.
- Assist with questions related to prescription coverage, home delivery medications, billing, payments, eligibility, claims, prior authorizations, and medication deliveries.
- Research and resolve customer issues using multiple computer systems while accurately documenting interactions and outcomes.
- Ask effective questions, identify customer needs, and provide clear, professional, and empathetic solutions.
- Make occasional outbound follow-up calls as needed to support issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Meet established expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, compliance, and overall performance.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $15 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Work arrangement: 100% remote, work from home.
