Technical Project Manager / SCRUM

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Agile delivery experience to lead cross-functional squads focused on platform modernization initiatives. This role involves overseeing the design, integration, and implementation of enterprise web and middle-tier applications, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives while driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional squads to plan, coordinate, and deliver platform modernization initiatives. Oversee the development and integration of enterprise applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot). Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope definition, resource planning, sprint execution, and milestone tracking. Collaborate with technical leads, developers, and business stakeholders to align project goals and resolve dependencies. Drive effective communication, documentation, and adherence to Agile best practices. Maintain and update squad performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts for transparency and accountability. Support adoption and consistent use of enabling tools such as Jira, Mural, and MS Teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience planning and delivering platform modernization initiatives using Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban). 5+ years of experience overseeing development of web/cloud-based applications using Angular, TypeScript, and Java (Spring/Spring Boot). Proven experience maintaining squad performance metrics and Agile artifacts. Experience supporting Agile tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Mural, MS Teams). Strong background in managing large or complex metrics-driven initiatives. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience in enterprise transformation or modernization programs.
