DevSecOps Lead

Delivering senior technical leadership for Air Force IT systems, the remote Platform / DevSecOps Lead will oversee platform architecture, DevSecOps strategy, and lifecycle management, ensuring secure, automated, and high-performing system delivery. Key responsibilities Design and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines utilizing GitLab or other CI/CD systems Lead teams in an Agile/SCRUM software development process to automate infrastructure and support containerized platforms Provide technical guidance and solutions based on program needs, while mentoring engineers on secure coding and deployment practices Required qualifications US Citizenship required and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance DoD 8140 intermediate certification or DoD 8570 IAM Level II certifications or higher Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience, with 5+ years hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD in enterprise environments Demonstrable experience leading technical teams and architecting solutions within an Agile and/or SAFe environment
