Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the contract Life Insurance Claims Examiner will investigate, review, and evaluate life insurance claims to determine benefit eligibility while working fully remotely. Key responsibilities Investigate and evaluate life insurance claims to ensure accurate benefit decisions Analyze claim documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support timely claim processing Serve as the primary point of contact for claim-related inquiries, providing professional support to customers and internal partners Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred Two years of relevant professional experience, preferably within financial services or a related industry Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Excellent organization and time management skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
