As a Security Manager – Responsible to run the day to day management of a on site Security team.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Manager

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Manage and Supervise a on site Security team
• Able to do scheduling, training and corrective action plans
• Good liaison between Client and Management.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• YOU MUST HAVE SECURITY SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE
• YOU MUST BE 21 Y.O.A. OR OLDER
• YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
