Mid-Ohio Satellite (Staff Management) in Crestline is looking for a Facility Maintenance associate / 5S Champion on 1st shift (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM).

Job Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Support Facilities 5S initiatives working with the 5S Champion to plan, implement, and maintain 5S standards
• Continue with current painting projects as directed
• Basic Minor Repairs: Patch drywall, assist with repairing broken racks or fixtures, etc.
• Organizing, sorting, labeling various items
• General Upkeep: Assist with new painting projects, cleaning, and occasional other internal/exterior tasks

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Aptitude: Comfort using basic hand and power tools with a willingness to learn
• Maintain focus and possess a stay busy/can-do attitude
• Physical Stamina: Ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods of time
• Safety Awareness: Strict adherence to workplace safety rules and proper personal protective equipment usage
• Communication: Proactive forward thinking communication approach is a plus
