Overview of the Role

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, resident-centered care to our elderly and assisted living residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and symptoms
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Experience in a long-term care, skilled-nursing or related field preferred
• Ability to lift and transfer residents with ease
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and caring approach to resident care
