SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant Colombia
Location: 100% Remote within Colombia
Type: Contract
We are seeking an SAP Payroll Functional Consultant for Colombian payroll deployments. The consultant will support SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects, ensuring quality delivery through go-live.
Responsibilities:

Lead/support client workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and documentation.

Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll for Colombia.

Support data mapping, cleansing, transformation, migration, and data-security requirements.

Define payroll integration requirements and support integration workshops and documentation.
-
Perform functional testing, resolve defects, support UAT, cutover, go-live, and transition to support teams.

Support project scoping, solution design, estimates, and change requests where needed.

Follow SAP Activate/FastTrack implementation methodology.
Requirements:

Strong functional SAP HCM Payroll experience.
-
In-depth knowledge of Colombia payroll, statutory requirements, and payroll processes.

At least one end-to-end SAP Payroll deployment.

Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
-
SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is preferred.
-
Candidates located in Romania are strongly preferred.
