Job Title: Talent Acquisition (Banking, NBFC) Experience: 6 months to 2 years in recruitment Location: Work-from-home (remote) About the Role We are looking for dynamic recruiters with 6 months to 2 years of experience, specifically in placing banking professionals and NBFC roles. This is a fantastic work‑from‑home opportunity where you'll engage with top talent, manage end‑to‑end recruitment, and partner closely with hiring teams. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Banking and NBFC positions. Conduct initial interviews and assessments. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Requirements 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in either banking or NBFC sector is a plus.
