Fleet Detailer

Position Summary As a Transportation Detailer Cleaner, you are responsible for the day‑to‑day cleaning and washing of city buses to ensure the efficiency of each vehicle. You will monitor various activities and perform other fleet‑related duties. Employment Details Job Type: Full‑time Salary: $18.50 per hour with experience Schedule: 7:00 pm – 3:30 am, Monday through Friday Responsibilities Duties include washing exterior and interior of city buses; detailing, sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, rails, fixtures, and removal of all trash. Work requires frequent bending, stooping, walking, standing, and working in cramped spaces, with climbs no higher than 4 ft. You will lift and move heavy items weighing 30–40 pounds and maintain the company fleet of vehicles to ensure cleanliness meets and exceeds company standards. Ability to work in inclement weather for extended periods is required, as well as maintaining power‑washing equipment, supplies, and chemicals. All other duties assigned by management may be required. Qualifications Clean background check, no felonies, no misdemeanors. Must pass a background check; criminal history check and E‑Verify required. Must be at least 18 years old; State ID required. Detailing Auto/Fleet experience. High school diploma or GED (recommended but not required). Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual.
