Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistAs an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to their needs, goals, and physician directives. You will be responsible for the delegation and direction of therapy services for those patients, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs that aid in their effective return to community activities. In addition, you'll serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and coworkers while upholding the organization's mission and core values.ResponsibilitiesComplete comprehensive evaluations and utilize clinical reasoning to develop appropriate treatment plans and goals.Document medical records clearly and accurately, adhering to state and federal guidelines.Provide care under valid physician orders, ensuring compliance with insurance approval.Participate in student programs, supervising and developing their learning objectives.Develop an individualized professional development plan and engage in ongoing education.Maintain professional licensure and complete required continuing education.Understand and apply performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureDegree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.CPR certification and an active applicable license for the state where you will work.Previous assignments with the agency are highly desired.ScheduleThis position follows a 5x8.0 schedule with some flexibility in hours.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
