Middle Legal Counsel (IT / International Operations)

Legal Advisor

In this role, you will work closely with business and operational teams, ensuring legal alignment of processes, mitigating risks, and supporting business growth through practical and solution-oriented legal advice.

You Have

5–7+ years of legal experience, including 1–2+ years in IT
Background in a top-tier law firm (in-house IT experience is a strong advantage)
Qualification as a lawyer in Ukraine or equivalent legal practice experience
Strong experience in contract law and commercial agreements
Understanding of international legal frameworks (US/EU/Ukraine)
Strong analytical thinking and risk assessment skills
Ability to work independently and communicate with business stakeholders
Upper-Intermediate+ English (legal communication)

You Are Going To

Provide day-to-day legal support to business operations
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (supply, distribution, service agreements)
Advise on legal matters related to defence, customs law, logistics, and supply chains
Manage intellectual property matters (protection, usage, compliance)
Ensure compliance with US, EU, and Ukrainian laws and regulations
Support corporate governance processes and internal policies
Cooperate with external legal advisors and public authorities when required
Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions to mitigate them
