Process Engineering Manager

What's the Job?

Lead and oversee process engineering activities to optimize manufacturing efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all operations.
Mentor and develop engineering staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.
