As a Medical Receptionist, you will be one of the first and last people our patients interact with, making you an important part of creating an outstanding experience at every visit.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and create a friendly, positive first impression
• Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient information
• Complete paperwork and support general front-office operations
• Help educate patients about routine and medical eye care
• Provide attentive, compassionate service throughout the patient experience

No medical office experience? That's okay.  We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and are looking for the right person with the attitude, dependability, and desire to learn.

Our team provides primary eye care, medical therapeutics, contact lens services, pre- and post-operative care, and eyewear services while utilizing advanced technology and personalized care.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable interacting with patients throughout the day
• Willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Interest in growing within the healthcare field
• Desire to build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement
• Previous medical, optometry, customer service, or receptionist experience is helpful, but not required
