What You'll Do:

• Provide rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision
• Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
• Support patient recovery goals through evidence-based practice
• Assess patient progress and document outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with team members to modify treatment plans as needed
• Support discharge planning and provide patient and family counseling
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in electronic medical records
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing education sessions
• Support and supervise student clinicians, if applicable
• Adhere to professional standards and state licensure requirements

What You Need:

• Massachusetts PTA licensure or applicable state license
• Prior experience working in long-term care or similar settings preferred
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and patient care skills
