The Parts Advisor is an essential part of delivering on that standard.

What You'll Do

Serve retail and internal customers at the counter and by phone -- providing accurate parts information, pricing, and availability with professionalism and efficiency

Assist service technicians and advisors with parts lookup, ordering, and timely delivery to keep the service department productive

Process parts orders accurately in the DMS -- ensuring all transactions are documented and invoiced correctly

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts inventory -- maintaining bin accuracy and a clean, organized warehouse

Follow up on back-ordered and special-order parts -- communicating status updates proactively to technicians and service advisors

Support parts returns, warranty claims, and core submissions per department procedures

Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts

Support additional parts department duties as needed to keep the operation running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Previous parts counter experience in a franchised dealership or automotive parts environment preferred

Volvo or European import brand experience a strong plus -- familiarity with Volvo parts systems and OEM platforms is a significant advantage

Accurate and detail-oriented -- parts transactions need to be right the first time

Comfortable with parts lookup systems and DMS platforms -- or quick to learn them

Clear, professional communicator -- whether serving a technician at the window or a retail guest on the phone

Able to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced service environment

Reliable, organized, and self-directed -- you take ownership of your counter

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
