Job Summary and Responsibilities As our highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon, you will join our newly established orthopedic practice in the TN / GA market at CommonSpirit Memorial Hospital. Your schedule will include participation in a 1-in-7 call rotation, ensuring balanced coverage and support. To be successful in this role, you will be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a strong commitment to clinical superiority and patient-centered care. Performing advanced surgical procedures, demonstrating expertise in a wide range of general orthopedic surgeries. Diagnosing, treating, and managing a comprehensive array of conditions for diverse patient needs. Ensuring patient-centered care through empathetic communication, clear treatment explanations, and prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction. Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, referring physicians, and rehabilitation specialists to ensure seamless and integrated care. Maintaining clinical excellence by adhering to best practices, robustly participating in the 1-in-7 call rotation, and upholding accurate medical documentation. Committing to professional growth through active engagement in ongoing medical education, quality initiatives, and professional development.
