Compensation & Benefits

• $190,000 starting salary for new residency graduates
• Up to $215,000 for experienced physicians
• HRSA Student Loan Repayment Eligible

Position Overview

The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient medical care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services. This role offers clinical autonomy, a mission-driven culture, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients in an underserved community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and clinical support staff
• Participate in a shared call rotation
• Complete accurate and timely medical documentation
• Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care programs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care focused on improving community health

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain)
• New residency graduates are encouraged to apply
